Emmanuel Santana (he/him)
Owner & Clinical Director
For over 10 years, Emmanuel Santana (he/him) has worked alongside individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult and emotionally complex experiences.
Before founding Prism Therapy, Emmanuel worked as a therapist and social worker throughout California, supporting people facing trauma, instability, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Those experiences shaped the grounded, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach he brings into his therapy practice today.
Clients often describe Emmanuel as calm, supportive, and easy to talk to — someone who creates a space where they can feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.
As a bilingual Latino therapist, Emmanuel understands how identity, culture, family expectations, and lived experiences can deeply influence emotional wellbeing and relationships. His work is especially focused on supporting LGBTQ+ and Latino individuals navigating self-esteem, anxiety, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and behavioral patterns that may no longer serve them.
At Prism Therapy, the goal is not perfection — it’s greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapy with Emmanuel is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in genuine human connection.
